Slotted Angle is a strong, flexible, and multi-purpose solution widely used in both garage door installations and general construction. Its strength allows you to bridge between ceiling rafters or supports, ensuring the opener’s rail is level and stable. To reduce noise and vibration transfer from the opener and moving door, it is recommended to place a ¼” (6 mm) rubber pad between the slotted angle and the roof truss.
