Genuine Garador G3 Black Handle Kit – Replacement Handle Set for Garador Garage Doors

This genuine Garador G3 black handle kit is designed as a perfect replacement for Garador up‑and‑over garage doors manufactured from 2002 onwards.
Ideal for restoring smooth operation, this kit includes both the internal and external handles along with an adjustable spindle to ensure the right fit for your door.

The external black handle features a square, adjustable spindle that can be set to 55mm, 65mm, or 75mm. Adjustment is simple—just remove the retaining pin to shorten or lengthen the spindle depending on your door’s thickness. The spindle is threaded both internally and externally for secure fitting.

Suitable for all steel Garador G3 geared doors from 2002 to present, this kit provides a durable and reliable solution backed by genuine Garador engineering.

  1. Unlock and open the garage door.
  2. Remove the retaining screw from the inside handle.
  3. Pull the old external handle and spindle out from the front of the door.
  4. Insert the new external handle and spindle through the door.
  5. Fit the internal cog handle onto the spindle from inside.
  6. Align the handle so it engages correctly with the lock mechanism.
  7. Tighten the retaining screw.
  8. Attach the supplied pull rope to the internal handle if required.
  9. Test the handle several times before closing the door to ensure the lock fully retracts and releases.
